unwanted third party porn

A porn site has been loaded on my computer. The files are
hidden. Have tried to find them. Have tried system
restore. Nothing seems to work. I have cable modem, so
everytime I turn my computer on it's loaded with the
start menu.

Any ideals?????????????????
