Unwanted text loading in Document1.

I have unwanted text loading in my Document1 each time I open Word. It also
is loading in my email messages. How can I remove this so that a blank
document opens?

Thanks for your help. Fat fingers and playoff games may have come together
to cause the error. I'm back to "normal."
