Unwanted selection in Tools menu

One day a menu option showed up in my Tools menu. I know
it isn't from IE. If I select it, it disconnects me, quits
IE and asks if I accept charges for what looks like some
kind of adult site. I tried doing a find/search on the
hard drive, but nothing showed up.
