Unwanted programs and popups.

How do I get rid of programs that have loaded and do not
show up in the program list? Which loads popups that I
don't want! Also they show up on the startup screen.

Download Spybot and Ad-Aware. Please perform updates on these programs to
achieve a better result. Also download Spyware Blaster. This program will
not remove spyware, it will work alongside Spybot to block future spyware.
