unwanted program installed

Hi. Have found a program listed on the control
panel "add or remove program" list that I cannot remove.
When i press the change/remove button to delete the
program "swimsuitnetwork", the control panel screen
flickers as if it is getting ready to delete, then comes
back on, with the program still listed. Please advise
how to remove this, as since i am new to computers (and,
being female, have no desire for this program to be on my
computer), i have no clue of what to do.

Sounds like ad/spyware. Do a google search for Ad-aware or SpyBot
Search&Destroy. Both are excellent programs that help you remove spyware
from your system.
