unwanted menus

it seems that i've had an infection or some kind...
when i right click, i see menus like:
"Sell Future Payment"
"Time Clock"
"Tramadol"

it would be better to do things without touching
registries...
i've already ran "CWShredder", "Ad-Aware", "....something
destroy" with latest updates.

Try Toolbar Cop from http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/Toolkit.htm Normally I'd
recommend that you run other programs to search for other malware. But if
Ad-aware and CWShredder indicate that you're clean and you don't see any
other problems, you're probably OK.

But, visit Microsoft Windows Update:
