Junk mail senders often lie about their return addresses. They
may have picked your address as the return address to use this
time.

I also use windows mail and am receiveing alot of unwanted mail. Can you
tell me step by step or where to go to block all these emails within
windows mail?

Thanks

For the ones that use the same return address all the time, open such
a message, then click on Message, then Create Rule From Message,
then the box before Delete it, then OK. Many of them frequently
change the return address, though, so you may need to create a more
complicated rule for these.

I'm just using Windows Mail - I don't think that's the same as Windows
LiveMail, is it?

Welcome to the Vista x64 Forums

Junk email can be generated from numerous sources. If you're using
Windows Live Mail, you can set your incoming mail to only be allowed if
on an approved list or if the person is listed in your contacts. This is
called white listing and is the most secure way to block spam or
unwanted emails. All the email that is not pre-approved will go into a
junk email folder, then deleted.

Let us know if this works for you.
