Unwanted logon by MSN

When I try to get my Outlook e-mail. I get a log on asking for MSN ID and
password. I wish to remove it as I do not have MSN ID, do not have a MSN
account and it is blocking me from checking my e-mail.

In Control Panel, run the Mail applet, click E-mail Accounts>Next and remove
the MSN account.
