MSN flags

I'm using Outlook 2007 - along with Outlook connector and I have a very
stubborn MSN e-mail account. I see no flags for my MSN account, but do for my
POP3's. I've tried to enable the flags, but can't right click (grayed out)
nor is it in the tool bar as it is when I change accounts.

Any suggestions?

I believe you have to have the following in order to do it
Outlook Live (available with a Hotmail Premium account)
and the Outlook Connector
