trying to set up my other e-mail account to go to outlook express

I am trying to import my e-mail from MSN to my Outlook, I have followed all
the instructions, but it is not accepting my e-mail address or my password
for MSN, what can I do, I have had the same e-mail address and password for
years, thank you, Barb

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
