Unwanted line printing at top of envelope

Suggestions on how to eliminate this line? It's not showing on preview.

Difficult to say. You're not seeing lines on any other documents, or a
new envelope file?

Is it possible you have "picture placeholders" activated in
Tools/Options/View?
