Unwanted C Drive files

I have an unwanted file on my C Drive in my 'program
files' folder. I have attempted to delete this but I
continue to get a message saying' Cannot delete (name of
file)_gb: Access is denied, make sure the disk is not
full or write-protected and that the file is not
currently in use.'

It says this when there are no other programs open! How
do I delete this file? It looks like it is something from
the internet that has been installed by accident.

Try deleting it in Safe Mode. Be sure you are using an account with
administrative privileges when you do this.
