Unwanted border and blank pages printing

In any Access database, all reports print a dashed line about 1/4 inch from
the edge of the paper (any size paper) and prints a blank page after every
real page. This happens on all reports in all databases on all sizes of
paper. It just started doing this recently. Neither the blank pages nor the
border shows up in the print preview mode. It even happens if I send the
report to Word. I have made sure the paper size, report width, and margins
are not the problem. Any ideas???

If you are printing to a Laser printer the dashed lines indicate that the
drum in the toner cartridge needs to be replaced or is defective.

The extra page can be caused by several things - - check the report width -
- it will show fine but I have had it print blank pages even though it only
shows as one page in preview mode. Also, check the printer driver(it can get
corrupted over time) and it never hurts to reinstall it.

Turns out it was happening on everything I printed from that computer, not
just Access, and that the problem was the printer driver. Thanks!
