Unwanted application install in windows\system32\10xx\

I got Unwanted application install in windows\system32\10xx\ when surfing the
net. and I can not remove or uninstall it as the "windows\system32\10xx\"
folder/files are protected [read only] and I can not change the attribute.
Please assist.
