unusual pop ups

i get pop ups from websites that normally shouldnt have
pop ups when i go to them. This has been hapening
recently please tell me how to get rid of these

Remove spyware from your machine with programs such as Spybot Search &
Destroy and/or Ad-aware. This should help with the popups. Be sure you
have a current antivirus program running using updated definitions.
