Unstable Window Focus w/ 2 Outlook Windows - BUG?

Using Outlook 2003 SP1, open Mail (in Window 1) then open any other view
(e.g. calendar) in a new window (2). Attempts to use calendar result in
window focus automatically being set to the mail view.

Change (1) to anything other than Mail (e.g. Tasks) then the issue no longer
occurs.

Outlook was working fine until I tried to use Expedia's "save as
appointment" feature (opened their .vcs itinerary file)

Any ideas?

Care to explain a bit more? Without the full info it's hard to try and
reproduce it.
Also are you sure it isn't caused by any of your add-ins? Disable them or
start Outlook in safe mode and see if it still happens.
