unspecified folder help

When I click on different folders "my pictures"my
documents" etc.I get a title called "unspecified"????
with the folders shown below that.I either never notice
that before or a mess up a setting.Can anyone please
explain and maybe help me restore this back the way it
should be?
 
Are you speaking of at the bottom of My Computer in the right pane? If not,
send me a screen shot via email.
