Unspecified error when capturing

Hello,

When I try to capture from my JVC digital camara, he
recognises the camara, I can select a destination folder,
and then when I click "next" in the screen where you can
select the quality he gives a small window with a red
cross saying: "Unspecified error".
Somebody any idea?

Try using the DVIO utility to capture - the link is on the Camcorders....
