You may need to check with your internet provider as to the proper
way to set up an email account using their email server. The instructions
are likely to be on their web site somewhere.

Or, you could tell us who your internet provider is, and see if anyone
here already knows where to find their instructions.

"smtp" is not a valid server name. Part of the instructions should
include the proper names for their email servers.
