Unsecure a database

I have secured a database using Access 2003 security wizard and it works
great. Now I would like to unsecure it so that I can email it to be modified
in the design view. How can I do this??

Grant full permission to all objects (including the database object) to the
"user" account.

Where on the menu in access are the exact steps to do this. Seems to be so
many places for permissions.

Tools, Security, User and Group Permissions. Select the "user" account and
then check all the boxes for everything.

WHOOPS! That's Users *group*, not user account!
