I have access 2003. When I copied my database to my flash drive, I can
open it. But if I safely remove the flash, take it to another computer
or even reinsert into my computer and try to open the database, it
brings the error message above. I created a blank database and imported
my objects but still the same. I even created a blank database on the
flash drive but the same error. All works fine as long as I dont remove
the flash.
Please help me.

I've seen similar problems with flash drives and other removable media
including floppy disks. Before removing the flash drive you need to
(1) Close the database.
(2) Close Access.
(3) For USB devices and depending on the computer's OS, go down to the Task
Bar and look for the USB icon to see if it's safe to remove the flash drive
or manually disconnect the device.

If you don't do all three steps above (actually you can do 1 and 2 at the
same time), there's a very good chance the the database mdb file will be
corrupted.

I don't know how or why, but the database is getting corrupted by
being copied to the flash drive. Can you copy it to the flash drive
(on the computer where it does work), and copy it back to another name
on the same computer without removing the drive? Does that copy work?
Can you remove and reinsert the flash drive (again on the same
computer) and have it work?
