Unreadable text

Sometimes when turning on computer the writing is all scrambled. The words
look almost like the are written in an italics format with half the letters
missing and it's blurry. If I restart my computer it stops for a while, but
once browsing for a while it happens again. Does anybody have any idea what
could be causing this? There are no viruses detected
 
What writting? all text?
Might suggest a vid problem
What happens if you run it in Safe Mode?
