Unread Message Count

Hi All,

My logon screen says 2 unread messages, but there are none in Outlook, does
anyone know how to reset this count please?

I assume a simple send/receive request does not reset for you? What version
of Outlook are you using? Do you have any filters set, such as viewing email
from the last 7 days only? What environment are you in - POP3, Exchange,
etc.?
