Unread mail folder

My unread Mail folder disappeared. How do I get it back (with duplicates of
new messages going there automatically as well as to Inbox?
 
Is it in the list of Search folders any longer? If so, right click on it and
choose "Add to Favorite Folders". Messages aren't duplicated, it's just
pointers to the same message
