Why does my user sign on still show that I have unread e-
mail below my sign on name when I have read all my e-
mail??

It's a registry error. To fix, click start, run, type regedit, OK, scroll to
HKET_CURRENT_USER\Software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\unreadmail.
Double click the value Message ExpiryDays in the right pane and change the
value to 0 (ZERO).
