Unpin or Remove

Is there any difference between 'Unpin from Start menu' and
'Remove from This List?'

Unpin from Start Menu removes item's from the pinned items list in the Start
Menu.

Remove from this list removes items from the Most Frequently Used programs
list.
 
That's why I was wondering. I have the setting for frequently used items set
to 0.
Both Unpin... and Remove... are available in the context menu.
