unmovable/unclosable "folder options" on desktop

I have a problem with the folder options window. Whenever
I log on to my account, it starts with the desktop and
stays on the left covering almost 1/4 of the screen. Right
click does not work on that window. I cannot close it or
move it. The other account in my computer works OK. What
can I do? Please HELP...
