UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

I got this messaage the other day. Have had no recent
problems with the PC and no hardware or software has been
added in months. I cannot strat in safe mode or even safe
mode with command prompt. I then tried to load the
recovery disks, it started for a bit then said the disks
would not work with my pc, even though they came with it.
I have a SONY VAIO under 2years old (PCV-RX650). Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks
