Hi ... hard drive crashed ... replaced it with one from
another machine ... downloaded bootable floppy from
www.bookdisk.com (old machine won't boot from CD) ... ran
it to DOS prompt ... fdisk / formatted ... ran WINNT from
i386 folder on CD drive ... files loaded from Win XP Pro
CD onto drive "C" ... machine rebooted - then blue screen
of death - "yacky-yacky-yacky ... Unmountable boot
volume" ... HELP? What's happening? Fix? Thanks ...

Don't think so ... I was running Win XP Pro (hard been
upgraded through a series of Win 9x) ... ran beautifully
until hard drive burned up.

Did you reboot properly between fdisk and format ?
