Unmountable boot volume

Hi

I am getting this error on a blue screen when I try and reboot. I have
created a "startup" disk but can't seem to make the computer read the CD-ROM
drive first. I am not sure anyway if that is the fix for it. I have also
ordered the dell backup disks so am hoping those will help.

Thanks for any ideas for now or for after I get my disks.
