'unmountable boot volume'

Got a new IBM T40. Just got the 'unmountable boot
volumne' message. Can't boot the system. New computers
don't ahve XP CD's. Question: how do I get a boot CD
for XP. My computer doesn't have a disk drive. Thanks
 
Call IBM and have them send you 1. For the life of me I do not understand
why people accept new computers with OS's pre installed and don't demand the
original install CD.
