I don't know how it happened but I am locked out of my PC. Even though I
use an administrators password at the logon screen after the reboot it
still will not open up to the desktop. I can get into SAFE MODE but I
don't know where to go to resolve this problem. Is there any solution
for this?

In Safe Mode, log in to the built-in Administrator account, which has no
password.

Go to Control Panel > User Accounts and change the password for your
account.

Do not use the built-in Administrator for day-to-day computing.

A much more serious problem is how you got locked out of your own
account in the first place. Either someone with access to your computer
knew your password, or your machine has become infected with malware.
