Unlinking Journal Entries from Outlook Contacts

How can I unlink a Journal Entry from the incorrect Outlook Contact without unlinking it from the correct Outlook Contact? Why does this happen I wonder: that the Journal Entry is linked to multiple contacts when I only linked it to one specific contact? I know that when I created the contacts (3), I just copied the 1st contact (as templates) to the Contacts folder and changed the names, e-mail addresses (because all the other info was the same). If I delete the Journal Entry in one Contact (Activities Tab), it deletes the Journal Entry from ALL (I mean the other one &/or 2) Contact's Activities Tab. I only want to see the relevant information (Activities: Journal Entries) for that specific contact in its Activities and NOT other Contact's linked Journal Entries. It's MS Outlook 2002 running on an XP. Any ideas? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks. Raoul

Open the journal entry and remove the unwanted contact from the Contacts box
at the bottom of the entry. When you delete the journal entry from the
Activities tab, you are not removing the link to a specific contact, but
deleting the entire entry itself.
