Journal Entries and Contacts link lost

O

Oscar Sanz

We have successfully migrated all exchange data from the old server to a new by exporting to and importing from .pst files. Everything has been working ok, however some users try to dig into the contact's details (clicking on activities) in any given appointment or journal entry and the link is lost.
It looks like activities or journal entries were imported correctly but they lost connection with thier correspondent contact.
COntact list are on a separate share folder.

Does any one know a way of how to re-link activities and journal entries to the contact folder?

Thanks!!!!!.

At this point, you'd have to create the links manually again. They got
broken by the migration method you chose. If you had used Move Mailbox
instead, then the links would have been maintained.
