I have Norton internet security, and it
lists "Administrator" as one of the names on my computer,
but on my windows xp main page, the "Administrator" isn't
listed. How do I sign on to this "Administrator" or how
do I remove it?

Boot up on "Safe Mode (F8)" you should be able to see it. It is a built-in
account.

You DON'T remove Administrator. As Alex Nichol MVP once wrote:

"The Administrator is the 'reserve', god-level account to use only in
emergencies..."

At the Welcome screen, click control-alt-delete twice to log on to the
system Administrator mode. But don't, unless you have a problem with your
user account.

Another tip, there is no password for the administrator by default.
