Unknown user profiles w/ strange characters as the name

I am running into several users on my network that have an
unknown profile under documents and settings. The name of
the profile is just 3 characters that resemble boxes.
When you click on it once to select it, some asian symbols
appear on the left side of your screen. Does anyone know
what this is.
