unknown running program

When I shut the computer off a program call -
_IncovaHdnwindtmp.xxxxxxxx requests to be shut down. I
have searched the computer and cannot find this program
or any of it's files. How do I get rid of It:: does
anyone know what it is??

Hi Mike,

This is the third time I've seen this today, and I've never seen this
before. There is nothing that I can find that pertains to this error
message. This makes me suspicious. Did you install/update/upgrade anything
since last shutting down?

No, matter of fact this computer is only two weeks old.
I have gone through the computer and looked for this
progam and it isn't under the program name. I have also
ran anti virus several times after updating the
definitions. I think the only thing I can do is roll
back or format. Unless someone knows what this is.

Hi Mike,

What type of computer (brand) is it? What software was included?

Also, start/run msinfo32, expand the software environment and click on the
startup programs. Click once in the right pane, then click eidt/select
all/edit/copy. Open a reply to this post and click in the message text area,
hit ctrl+v to paste the contents for examination.
