If this is happening when you are running the broken hyperlinks report, it is
because some servers are set to ignore ping requests. When checking hyperlinks,
FrontPage pings the burl address of the site. If the ping is unanswered it
marks the link as broken even though the site exists.

You can see how this works by opening a Command window and typing ping
http://www.pella.com/
or ping www.yahoo.com
