Unknown Error

Have created a custom form that is able to book our
boardrooms. It works fine as an OFT form, but once
published to our Organizational Forms Library, it comes up
with the error: "Unknown Error. Unable to directly book
a resource for this meeting." Under the boardroom
mailbox, I have enabled "Automatically accept meeting
requests and process cancellations" and provided the
correct permissions. I am at lost what the problem is.
Would anyone have an idea where to look?

Does the user have Write access to the resource Calendar folder?

Yes the user has Write access (publishing author). In
fact, I get the same error and I have owner rights to the
mailbox and publishing rights to the Organizational Forms
Library.

What permissions? Direct-booking requires Author permission on the folder in
question.

What kind of functionality does the form add to the normal appointment form?
