unknown error code 0x80040116

Hi,

We just upgraded a person to Outlook 2003. When she tries
to open her personal folders, she is unable to do so and
receives the error: The set of folders could not be
opened. Access is denied. When I try to view the
settings for her Personal Folders, it gives me 'an unknown
error code 0x80040116. Pls. help. Any suggestions and/or
responses is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try creating a new mail profile, pointing it at the existing PST.
