My client cannot send or receive mail with outlook 2003 error messege is task popa.c2i.net receive rappor
unkown error 0x80040154 unknown error 0x80040154
I have done following with out any luck reinstalled IE6 with OE,reinstalled Office 2003,deleting folders.db
deleted identites from registery.In OE i get following error Outlook express could not be started because
MSOE.DLL could not be initialized
Eudora is working fine.Does eudora have somthink to do with this?As i know it shold not but any way i hav
log file from my last test in outlook if someone could take a look it and find a reason for this proble
