Unknown error 0x80040109

Running Outlook 2002 with SP-2 (and with Norton scanning incoming, but
not outgoing e-mail and with the "hide fax numbers" 3rd party add
in)).

Several times today I've got the Unknown error 0x80040109 message.

However I seem to be sending and receiving e-mail correctly (my ISP
does not return any failure messages).

So, what gives with that error message from Outlook?

And, as an aside, why doesn't anything that pops up in that error box
allow you to select the error for a better description?

Ouch. It never crossed my mind to search for that error string in
Google. But then again, a lot of blog info comes up. Apparently the
Germans are particularly affected by the same problem.

From now on Google will be the first place I search for error string
explanations.
