E-mail not transferred outbox to sent item folder

Often I am experiencing a problem when I send an e-mail
through Microsoft outlook stand alone desktop regardless
with or without an attachment. The sent item does not move
from the outbox folder to the sent item folder, even
though the e-mail has been sent in most cases, I get a
message through the send and receive dialog box
stating "Reported error 0x80040109 unknown error
0x80040109". In some cases mail is sent normally and the
items are transferred to sent item folder and don't get an
error messages but it is more often I get the error
message and the sent item stays in the outbox folder.
Also, I noticed recently in some cases the items in the
outbox ready to be sent carry the time that have been
posted in the folder where other times it shows none with
an open mail icon instead of closed mail icon.

I tried to detect and repair step tool as well as
reinstall the software, but still experiencing the
problem. I have been using this current version of Office
XP for over 2 years but only started to experience this
problem in the last week. I use own phone line with
different ISP's and again it is common with all the three
ISP's I have been using.

Any one with similar problem and any know solutions.

I've got the same problem since about 2 weeks. I don't
know what I should to do. Can anybody help us.
