I have just received an email from a seller in Amazon which has an
attachment that my email client Turnpike cannot read as it says,
"unknown character in base 64 encoding".

I have been waiting months to find out why I have not received a CD I
had ordered and its so frustrating I cannot now read it.

I would very much appreciate some help in UN-encoding this email as it
is important I can read it, thank you.

If there is an option to use HTML/Plain text, you might try switching. Is
there a security option that prevents you from opening certain attachments?
You can also try setting up a hotmail account and forwarding the email to the
new account, to see if you can read it there.

Thanks Paul, have already tried out some of the above without too much
success. Will try again and see if I can open it.
