unknow window comes up on desk top on start up?

window comes up with message---cannot find then has a
sreies of small blank squares then states make sure you
typed the name correctly and then try again I would like
to remove this item from start up.--- thanks

Users\Startup\Programs\Startup

Delete the unknown stuff from in there, and you might want
to try a few other users as well, such as the
administrator or whoever you log in as.
