Install the Windows Component called Print Services for UNIX.

Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs
click Add/Remove Windows Components
Select "Other Network File and Print Services"
Click Details
Add check mark to Print Services for UNIX

After that component is installed, Windows XP will receive and print any
lpr/lpd print requests for any printer installed on the Windows XP computer
(whether it is "shared" or not). You may find you need to change the
"Printer Name" of the printer(s) to conform to UNIX lpr requirements. Note
that it is the Printer Name, not the printer's Share Name that is
significant here.

For the "print queue" name on the UNIX computer, specify the "Printer Name"
of the printer as defined on the XP computer.

It is perfectly useless to know the right answer to the wrong question.
