Universal Remote Control software for Windows XP????

Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is such a beast? I have
found a TON of these for windows Pocket PC but none for Windows XP. In
the related topic, anyway to run a Windows Pocket PC software on
Windows XP without using the Pocket PC's SDK's emulator?

prototype on it (using PowerPoint) - basically, I need to use my PC

Ok, so then you need something like remote acces to one computer by
another to use that as the remote control? The phrase Universal Remote
sounded like something else.
