No you want upnp (port 5000) closed or hidden.(unless you have upnp devices,
but if you don't know what it is, then it's doubtful you have any of these
devices). Upnp and port 5000 can be hacked and having it not patched or
protected is a real concearn. The FBI even made a statement about this when
it first came out and how dangerous it can be. Either fix your firewall or
use one that blocks it by default like zone alarm.
