Universal access for meeting requests

Is it possible to use outlook calendar-function to coordinate meetings with
"meeting requests" so that meetings and conferences will be assembled in one
calendar that everyone has access to?

You could set up a separate resource mailbox that everyone invites to every meeting, but I doubt that would give you the clear view that third-party tools provide for this function -- see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm
