Unistalling IE7beta = problems for IE6?

Hey all...

i hated IE7, and uninstalled same..but now IE6 flounders. While my homepage
comes up fine and any link thereon works..if I click a Favorite, that opens
up a blank screen....and after waiting like 25 minutes, the screen never adds
any content....

what do I need to do to get IE6 to run again ?

oh, XPPro is what I'm using....

Similar problem on two systems in two different locations (home and work) --
mine has to do with buttons on certain websites no longer lauching the action
that they used to. Netscape/Firefox still work fine.

Worked with one of the tech support groups for one of the websites going
down the "update Java, clear temp files, etc.", but no luck.
 
Found the answer in the beta IE7 forum...much better for this issue....
